4 Peaks Structural Engineering Group has been certified by The City of Phoenix to provide Self Certification and Structural Peer Review services for a variety of plans.

After all documents have been submitted to the city permits can usually be issued within 5 working days of submittal!! Current City of Phoenix Plan review can take up to 2 to 3 months with multiple submittals before a permit can be issued.

All projects including New construction, Remodels, Additions, Multi Family, Tenant Improvements and  track homes, are allowed under this except Hillside Development Area, Hazardous Occupancies, Hire Rise Buildings with occupied floors over 75', Assembly Occupancies (A4 & A5) and FEMA Special Floodplain Hazard Areas.

We currently work with a wide variety of Architects who specialize in Self Certification and we can help you if you are already an approved registrant by offering structural peer review services.

We can also coordinate full structural engineering for your plans along with providing structural peer review services.
